Caring for suede & nubuck
Before shoes made of suede are worn, they must be waterproofed. This prevents any new contamination. The surface becomes water repellent and particles of dirt cannot penetrate deep down.
Dust and slime must always be removed before waterproofing. Brushing the suede keeps it smooth and supple. By regularly re-fluffing with a brush and carefully waterproofing, they can be guaranteed to last and look as good as new.
