Patent leather is best cleaned with a damp microfiber cloth. Oils and greases must never be used.
Cleaning Patent Leather
To clean patent leather, a soft cloth is sufficient. Brushes are not advisable for cleaning, no matter how soft, as scratches may occur. For the intensive cleaning of patent leather shoes or handbags, it is best to use Solitaire “Combi Foam” which help maintains the resilience of the material.
